Established in 2001, Form™ specialises in residential construction in the greater Melbourne area. The business has nurtured a growing reputation for transparency throughout the process and of delivering beautifully finished product, on time and within budget.
While Form™ enjoys high rates of referral and close relationships with several architects, there had been little investment in marketing. The main role of the new visual identity, website, and updated marketing communications is to aid new business development.
A clearly articulated brand
Working strategically with the team, we discovered their commitment to clients, specifically in terms of process transparency, was unique. This led to their Self-truth®, ‘Building Clarity’.
We reflected this confidence and clarity through a straightforward black and white colour palette. A simple typographic system utilises an underline to highlight and simplify key messaging.
We helped Form™ define and communicate their crystal-clear three part process, which removes confusion and heightens confidence in clients by reinforcing an approach that delivers a beautifully finished product on time and on budget.
A straightforward site
Ensuring the Form™ website presented a straightforward and user-friendly experience was paramount. Photography by Brent Lukey captured the real people behind the business, reflecting the quality of work Form™ deliver.
Given their high referral rate, testimonial videos were an obvious choice. We brought in True View Films to create a series which reinforce the company’s commitment to ensuring clients have a voice across all project stages.
Self-titled defined a brand and positioning which clearly highlights our straight-forward approach and reflects the quality of our work.
