Challenge
Nestled among the towering Otway forest in the heart of Victoria’s Great Ocean Road Region, Live Wire Park is the first completely off-grid adventure park in Australia.
The park offers a series of high ropes course challenges for all ages and Australia’s most extreme zip line rollercoaster.
Self-titled were tasked with creating a brand that communicated both the exciting activities and the pristine natural location.
Nature Supercharged
The brand idea of ‘Nature Supercharged’ informed the signature colour – the green of the forest dialled up to 11, as well as the visual and verbal language of Live Wire Park.
The linear typography and iconography was drawn from references to circuit diagrams.
Sparking excitement online
The website is designed to build excitement and drive online sales through the integrated booking system. As electric as the park itself, it’s full of animations, interactions and films which echo the live experience.
Self-titled also designed eco-friendly, reusable merchandise which is available for purchase through the site.
Amping up the experience
A cost effective and pragmatic signage system was devised to brand the environment and help visitors guide themselves around the park.
Where most high ropes parks use the same standard helmet, Self-titled sourced signature green models and branded them. Perfect for brand exposure in all those selfies. Crew wear high quality hats, beanies and customised apparel.
Results
When looking at other adventure parks, it quickly becomes clear that Live Wire Park has a differentiated look and design consideration has been given to all touchpoints.
Within a year of operating, Live Wire Park was awarded the Best New Tourism Business in Victoria at the 2019 RACV Victorian Tourism Awards.
