increase in active users since launch
Abercrombys’ success is built on the nurturing of long-term relationships.
The agency required a brand refresh to reinforce this unique point of difference and to better communicate this with current and future property buyers, investors, sellers, landlords, renters and staff.
Be True
Through research and stakeholder interviews, we ascertained that what makes Abercrombys unique in the real estate industry is their commitment to honesty and dedication to following their own path.
This insight informed Abercrombys’ Self-truth® – “Be True”.
This was visualised in the new logo with an arrow pointing True North in the counter of the ‘A’. Additionally, the ‘A’ symbol extends beyond the logo into key messaging which highlights the myriad ways in which Abercrombys strive to be different.
Tailored outcomes
Several design templates were created for Abercrombys which allowed in-house staff to author personalised submissions, handbooks and communications in a consistent manner.
Open for inspection
The communication of listings extends across mailbox drops, property brochures, auction and leasing boards, A-frames and flags. The brand idea – Be True – dictates that the design of these items should be as straightforward as possible, so we removed anything not essential.
Production details extended to black aluminium frames for auction boards – elevating the minimalist design into a crafted object.
An adaptive online presence
The new website not only embodies Abercrombys’ unique approach, but also ensures their services beyond local sales are highlighted. We designed a flexible online platform able to target the diverse audience groups: property buyers, renters, investors, developers, and prospective staff.
Seamless integrations ensure a straight-forward process for the Abercrombys team and an optimised experience for the user.
Self-titled were able to capture the essence of our business in a succinct way which has given us a strong point of difference. We are thrilled with the work.
