R.Corporation was founded 25 years ago in the knowledge Melburnians appreciate good design, and that good design appreciates.
Design-led since its inception, R.Corporation is known for its highly regarded design collaborations, quality of build, and carefully chosen amenities. Their ethos, ‘Everything considered’, ensures every element of every R.Corporation project and community is evaluated, and elevated, in every way possible. From the grandest of big ideas to the tiniest architectural detail, nothing is overlooked or left to chance.
An holistic design language
R.Corporation’s established design language is defined by strong grids, rounded corners and circular forms. This was being successfully applied to architecture, interior design and landscape design, but not their brand or marketing. We adapted and extended this language to consider typography, logos, layouts, UI and animation.
Referencing the Swiss modernist roots of the existing identity, we introduced a modern restoration of the original Neue Haas Grotesk typeface, with round dots complementing the developers design language. This was extended to rounded corners used on imagery, ensuring a cohesive and timeless look across all touchpoints. A motion toolkit brings the brand into the digital age.
User experience considered
The masterbrand approach extends to a new website which becomes the home for on-market projects. Having a single site not only improves SEO, but means each project is presented within the context of R.Corporation’s track record and holistic, ‘Everything Considered’ approach to property development.
Celebrating a quarter of a century
R.Corporation was founded 25 years ago, in the knowledge property owners appreciate good design, and that good design appreciates.
Self-titled proposed celebrating the milestone through a book to capture the collaborations and stories behind the company’s impressive portfolio. We commissioned new photography and videography of existing projects to reinforce their timeless appeal.
