Challenge
Having sold the top-tier executive recruitment business baring his name, the client was looking to re-enter the industry in a subtle way that would not be seen as direct competition. The Executive Index specialises in sourcing hard-to-find executives, managers and technical specialists.
Solution
The name refers to a metaphorical index of the connections and relationships formed over 30 plus years in the industry. We brought this index to life as a playful and tangible manifestation. In an industry where meeting new people is an everyday occurrence, a great business card can help make that all important first impression. In this solution, three die-cut coloured stocks were randomly ordered and glued.
Results
The Executive Index has carved a niche within the executive recruitment sector by doing things differently and as a result has attracted several blue chip national and international clients within its first year of operating.
