A 20 year residential community creator critically reviewed their offering in order to determine how it could better communicate to landowners, developers and partners, consultants and builders.
Solution
Through a series of workshops areas of improvement were identified and a clear vision for the business and its offering was established.
An outcome of this process was the defined Self-truth® ‘By Design’, which helped literally reinforce the careful consideration every element within each project is given from all parts of the business in order to ensure dynamic and thriving community based outcomes are achieved.
