Intech3 is a privately-owned Information and Communications Technology (ICT) solutions provider with clients Australia-wide. With 70% of work coming through the Aged Care industry, Intech3 wanted to grow their offer – and demonstrate their capability – in other sectors.
Solution
While they had been sold as IT support, recurring client feedback revealed Intech3 was seen as a digital partner delivering insightful advice and technical guidance. This helped inform the Self-truth® – ‘Future Guide’.
Using the internationally recognised ‘i for Information’ symbol as a starting point, the new logo draws on dot and lozenge shapes used in information systems and signage design. Breaking down processes into numbered steps and using arrows further built on the approach while the soft colours provide a strong departure from IT industry norms of dark colours, circuitry and glowing nodes.
Information Guide
Following the lozenge motif, key words and phrases have been highlighted to guide audiences through messaging. A suite of linear icons follow the same system and represent the key solutions.
Commissioned photography from Lynton Crabb helps present the staff in an approachable and professional way.
Outcome Orientated
Business benefits through solutions including cloud service, project management and Intech3’s Cyber Resilience offering which provides protection against the growing threat of cyber security were promoted through marketing communications.
Results
From the outset, client responses have been overwhelmingly positive, with the brand and associated new business templates having helped in the conversion of key projects being awarded to the business.
We are already seeing benefits from the brand and communications Self-titled were able to create. Through this thorough process we now have a road map for our business’ future
